We are looking for  young dynamic, extroverted and talented Account Managers with excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. You will be in charge of expanding OSB’s footprint in Switzerland supporting the Sales Team and developing trusted relationships with new prospects to position OSB offerings. You must be a motivated team player interested in joining a young and dynamic organization. Your background:

  • Skilled in relationship building, verbal and written communication, extroverted, problem solving, researching customer information, planning, scheduling, and organizing work via phone, email and social channels prior to engage with ne prospects.
  • Organized and disciplined to track all customer interactions in the company CRM.
  • Highly motivated and results oriented; entrepreneurial spirit
  • General understanding of technology solutions and Cloud Technology is a must.
  • 2-4 years professional sales experience in IT consulting and services.
  • Understanding of the Swiss market and culture.
  • Good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken is absolutely essential. German is a plus.
  • CH/EU citizenship mandatory.

 The Account Manager will be reporting to the Sales Director and what we will expect from you is to:

  • Prospect and Acquire new customers in your territory and develop/maintain overtime consultive relationships with your Clients.
  • Execute regular sales campaigns to promote OSB services across industries in Suisse Romande
  • Work collaboratively with the Solution Sales Teams to develop relevant solutions to our customers
  • Hybrid work at OSB and remote possible
