We are looking for a young dynamic, extroverted and talented Associate Client Partner with excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. You will be in charge of developing “OSB Talents”, our business unit focused on Talent sourcing. You must be a motivated team player interested in joining a young and dynamic organization. What you will do...

The Client Partner represents “OSB Talents” on the market. Many organizations still privilege the integration of Subject Matter Experts into their internal project teams as an alternative to engaging OSB to execute their projects end to end. Your mission will be to identify these opportunities in the market and to propose to OSB’s Talents to new clients.

 

You will be reporting to the Sales Director:

  • You will leverage your network and knowledge of the Suisse Romande market to identify  sourcing opportunities with the end clients.
  • You will understand the various IT competencies and skills that are required by Clients, and actively promote our services across industries supporting the growth strategy of OSB.
  • You will leverage your network and knowledge of IT Talents to potentially identify  potential candidates matching the required open positions. You will be supported by OSB experts for the technical evaluation of the candidates and by OSB recruitment.
  • Your primary focus area is Lausanne / Fribourg / Neuchâtel so we would privilege someone living in Lausanne.
  • You will report weekly progress on your sales activities to OSB’s Sales Director and comply with internal procedures.

Your profile...

  • Commercial diploma or university diploma equivalent.
  • Maximum 3-4 years of experience in a Business Development function in the IT domain with an IT Sourcing Agency or IT Consulting company operating in Suisse Romande.
  • Entrepreneur spirit extroverted, you never give up with skills in managing relationships with different stakeholders in the client organizations.
  • A good knowledge and understanding of the Suisse Romande IT market in medium to large accounts is mandatory. You understand the Swiss culture and commercial style.
  • Languages: French and English. German is a plus.
  • CH/EU citizenship mandatory. Frequent commuting in the assigned territory is expected.
