We are looking for talents...

We are looking for a young dynamic, extroverted and talented Inside Sales with excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. You will be in charge of expanding OSB’s footprint in Switzerland supporting the Sales Team and developing trusted relationships with new prospects to position OSB offerings. You must be a motivated team player interested in joining a young and dynamic organization. What you will do...

The Internal Sales will be reporting to the Sales Director and what we will expect from you is to:

  • Contact new customers on a regular basis and develop/maintain overtime consultive relationships with them
  • Execute regular campaigns to promote OSB services across industries in Switzerland
  • Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within new customer in Suisse Romande
  • Work collaboratively with assigned Engagement Partners to develop an overall account strategy, which will maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers
  • Hybrid work at OSB and remote possible
  • Part-time possible

Your profile...

  • Skilled in relationship building, verbal and written communication, extroverted, problem solving, researching customer information, planning, scheduling, and organizing work via phone, email and social channels. 
  • Organized and disciplined to track all customer interactions in the company CRM. 
  • 2-4 years professional sales experience preferred in IT consulting and services.   
  • Highly motivated and results oriented; entrepreneurial spirit 
  • General understanding of technology solutions and Cloud Technology. 
  • Good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken is absolutely essential. German is a plus. 
  • CH/EU citizenship mandatory.
