We are expanding our Gland team and are looking for an extroverted and talented Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with experience on the latest Dynamics 365 (Sales & Marketing), Power Apps and Power Automate technologies. Leveraging excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, you will advise our customers in their Cloud transformation, shaping and overseeing delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions addressing their business needs. What you will do...

As a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, you will…

  • Support and guide our customers in the definition of integrated business solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Evaluate, design and drive Dynamics 365 implementations (entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integration development…)
  • Assume overall responsibility for the technical implementation and handle the interface between the customer and the development team
  • Support our sales team as a subject matter expert in prospection activities
  • Keep abreast of emerging technology trends and their impact on Business solutions
  • Work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment

Your Profile...

  • 5-10 years experience in a Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 role
  • 5 years experience in architecting D365 Sales and Marketing solutions, of which min. 3 years in the SaaS model
  • Best practices advisor with strong consulting mindset
  • Working knowledge of the business processes, challenges, and technology relating to the operation of Marketing & Sales departments within an organization
  • Ability to formulate a vision, make critical business and technical recommendations
  • Pre-sales contribution experience (offers preparation, pre-sales meetings, etc…)
  • Strong team spirit including the ability to lead and be a team player
  • Problem solver with strong customer focus
  • Ability to coach juniors
  • Fluent in both French (mandatory) and English
