We are expanding our Swiss team and are looking for an extroverted and passionate Microsoft 365 Cloud Solution Architect. Leveraging excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, you will advise our customers on their Cloud transformation and be responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic and critical thinking as well as technical expertise on Microsoft 365 deployment and products.

Your Profile…

• MSc in computer science or another technical field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in an enterprise environment
• Consulting & advisory experience (5 years min.)
• Track record of effective customer relationships management
• Experience delivering presentations and customer workshops (content & facilitation)
• Ability to formulate a Cloud vision, make critical business and technical recommendations, and support strategic conversations with Senior and Executive-level stakeholders
• Ability to adapt speech to the level of the audience (from C-Level to business & technical)
• Pre-sales contribution experience (offers preparation, pre-sales meetings, etc…)
• In-depth experience deploying and orchestrating M365 services in complex hybrid organizations:
• IAM: Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
• Security & Compliance: MFA, CA, PIM, AIP/MIP
• Mailbox Management: Exchange (Server/Online) with proven migration experience (hybrid or full cloud)
• Endpoint Management: SCCM / Intune / Autopilot / Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Collaboration: Teams / OneDrive / SPOnline administration & governance
• Teams telephony and Rooms devices management is a strong plus
• Cloud Backup Strategy & knowledge of 3rd parties tools is a plus
• Technical skills enhancement through relevant certifications is desired
• Growth mindset, team player, ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Problem solver with strong customer focus
• Ability to coach juniors a big plus
• Fluent in both French (mandatory) and English
• EU citizenship/CH working permit
